Our GABF award-winning Doppel Bock is brewed in the spring and lagered for six months to ensure only the smoothest Bock experience. Released in very limited quantities each fall, availability of our autumnal treat is as fleeting as the changing fall colors.

22oz bottles, 1/2 bbls, 1/6 bbls

Hop Bitterness (IBU): 34
Color (SRM): 11

General Food Pairings

Duck, roasted pork, other cured meats. And don’t forget Black Forest Cake or German Chocolate cake for dessert!

Recipe: Doppelbock South American Steak Marinate

1 cup Doppelbock
2 TBL Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup cilantro leaf chopped
2 TBL minced garlic
1 TBL ground corriander
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup oil
2 TBL sesame oil

Combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well until frothy. Slowly drizzle in the oils a little at a time while whisking constantly until the oil is emulsified into the marinade. Use marinade with cuts of steak like flank, flat iron, or sirloin
