Appearance – A lush dark color and with a tan head
Flavor -Dutch bittersweet chocolate from cacao nibs along with flavors of Ecuadorian chocolate and vanilla beans. After aging in rum barrels we added 20 gallons of Cholaca’s pure liquid cacao, an all-natural organic chocolate syrup, to add even more rich velvety chocolate flavor. A dark fruit acidity rounds out the high ABV for a deeply satisfying brew.
